Wayne has 25 years of Subsea Connectivity business development experience, beginning his subsea career in 1998 at Tronic Ltd before joining Diamould in 2015.
Wayne has developed strong customer relationships, a respected sales leader building trust to adopt new technologies with operators across the globe.

Stuart has 35 years of Subsea Connectivity experience, beginning his career at Tronic Ltd in the early 90’s before joining Diamould Ltd in its founding year 2000.
He a proven technology leader and developer, passionate about driving change, innovation, and continuous improvement across the Subsea connectivity domain.

ALLAN NICHOLSON

Co-Founder

Allan has over 40 years of Subsea Connectivity experience, a prolific innovator and and industry pioneer.
He developed the (CE) Principle, the de facto industry standard for Wet mate technology in 1993, earning the Queens Award for Technology.

As the Co Founder of Diamould Ltd in 2000, he has continued to drive new technology's to market for four decades.

The mission behind ENABLE is simple. Innovation of products and philosophies to enhance longevity, performance and reliability.

ENABLE was founded with a single clear mission and vision, to make Subsea Connectivity systems more reliable for their end users.

Not incrementally, but fundamentally though a disciplined, experience led product lifecycle management and innovation that addresses the route causes of failures through Product development, post delivery product management, education and collaboration.

Every existing system we consult on, every technology we bring to market and every challenge we take on is driven by that commitment.

ENABLE emerged from the Subsea Connector heartland in the North West of England

ENABLE was founded in June 2024 with a base established in Ulverston on the edge of the Lake District in the UK. 

While the company is relatively new, the expertise behind it is not. Our founders have spent their entire careers developing intellectual property, bringing world-first technologies to market, and solving the most demanding reliability challenges in the subsea oil and gas sector. 

ENABLE works with subsea operators, SPS providers, system integrators, and completions companies across global offshore environments, delivering field-proven expertise where it matters most.
